This girl is all about chilling, hanging out, and being cool.

She loves staring into your soul with those big baby blues.

She's six months of absolute sweetness.

She loves smiling...except when she's curious about cameras and the crazy things her mom, Oma, and godfather are doing to *try* to get her to smile.

I can't wait to watch her grow and help her to love smiling for the camera (or force her if needed, we'll see).

I was so thrilled to hear from Peyton's mom earlier this spring!

Shelby is Peyton's older sister, whose senior photos I was privileged to take a couple of years ago.

Peyton's mom had heard about me after I had worked with Allison - both for her daughter's skating club photos and her son's senior photos.

Allison had been referred to me after working with my good friend, Kristin, for her son's senior photos. He graduated in 2011.

First of all, how is it 6 years later?

Second of all, I am so thankful for friends and family who talk about me and share my photos.

It's clear that I wouldn't have this vaguely lucrative hobby without the support of those around me.

So, thank you so much for the email, Sarah, it means the world to me that you came back for
a second round! I hope you guys enjoy this sneak peak at our perfect morning together!

Tiara is the delightful friend I've made thanks to my extreme hair style and color.

She makes magic happen and never tires of the tweaks I make each month.

A few weeks ago we planned for a photography date, as so many clients, hair stylists, and their husbands do.

This was for a wonderful, photography milestone trifecta:

1. We met at the Mall of America - the location of the couple's first date

2. We met on the date of their one-year wedding anniversary

3. We met for the occasion of maternity photos for their soon-to-be daughter!

We had a great time taking over walkways, stealing chairs from restaurants, and finding great 

back-drops amidst the thousands of people shopping and hanging around MOA.
