Weddings:

Exhilarating.

Exhausting.

As a photographer, you have to be good at action, close-ups, details, large groups, candids, indoor, outdoor. You have to have ideas for posing and composing all sorts of people and jewelry and accessories. You have to be good at staying out of the way, but also getting a large group of people to do the thing you want them to do. You have to be live in every moment because that first kiss never happens again, the cake can't be put back together and redone.

Luckily, some wedding have super fun bridal parties. Who are also adventurous and beautiful. And it makes it all worth it.

Molly and Jennifer have been planning their big day for a long time. 

I think they unofficially asked me to be their wedding photographer at least three times...

Then it really became official and they finally had their wedding day on the 9th anniversary of their first date.

Their first wedding anniversary will be the anniversary of their 10th year together!

Their lovely day featured snowflakes and sunshine, candy and cupcakes, angels and power rangers, laughter and tears.
